Soothing Oatmeal Bath Salts

Oatmeal baths are a well-known remedy for a variety of skin conditions and ailments. It’s often used to calm red, irritated skin and soothe dryness and itchiness. It can also be helpful for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and even sunburn. Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) is packed with magnesium which will help relax your muscles, ease stress, and improve skin texture by exfoliating and softening your skin. Epsom Salt may also support magnesium absorption for overall well-being. I added Lavender in this bath for its calming scent which can promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. I also sprinkled in some Butterfly Pea Flower for skin health, stress relief and its rich antioxidant properties. Note: Butterfly Pea Flower will make your bath water violet.

How to Use: Add the entire mixture to warm bathwater and soak for at least 20 minutes for soft and hydrated skin.
